Who is Pomni?
Pomni wakes up inside the digital circus with a jester's outfit, oversized glasses, and no memory of who she used to be. Everyone else has, to some degree, made an uneasy peace with being trapped. Pomni hasn't — and that refusal is the whole point of her character. She's the audience surrogate: the one still asking "what is this place and how do I leave?" while everyone around her has stopped asking.
Pomni's constant low-grade panic isn't a flaw in her design — it's the show refusing to let you get comfortable.

The Amazing Digital Circus is, underneath the candy colours, about identity and despair. Pomni embodies the terror of the premise: trapped in a reality you didn't choose, slowly pressured to give up and accept it — which in this world literally means risking abstraction, the show's version of a total mental break.
