What it actually is

Murder Drones is an Australian independent adult animated web series created, written and directed by Liam Vickers and produced by Glitch Productions — the same studio behind The Amazing Digital Circus. It follows worker drones hiding out on a frozen, abandoned planet and the murderous "disassembly drones" sent after them. Part sci-fi horror, part character drama, with a real sense of humour.

How many episodes are there?

Eight. The series began with a pilot back in 2021 and ran to eight episodes in total, with the finale released on 23 August 2024. That's the whole story — there's no ongoing season you need to keep up with.

Two ways to watch all of it
